Starting at $19 hourly.

Schedule:

You will have a 4 day work week. You will work Monday-Wednesday and either a Thursday or Friday. Working hours amount to an average 30-35 hours per week.

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

As a Barista, you'll contribute to the dealership success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. You will create the Michael's experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

What You'll DoDeliver remarkable customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Maintain a professional and appropriate work attire/appearance

Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by observing all recipe and presentation standards.

Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

May include some light receptionist duties as needed

What You'll Bring You will have prior customer service, retail, or barista experience.

Must be customer-focused and committed to providing top tier customer service.

Responsible/reliable/team player

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Total Rewards The hourly pay range for this position is $18-$20.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
