Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the R etail Associate position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service for all current and prospective M embers of The Bay Club Company and selling products to meet their current and future needs.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide ex ceptional guest service, greet M embers and guests; understand and anticipate their needs.
- Assist with inventory control; including timely receipt of product and physical inventory audits.
- Assist with daily/weekly merchandising of w indow displays, nesting tables and mannequins to represent new inventory.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with the Corporate Retail team, Club Managers and Associates.
- Accountable for s tore opening and closing duties including cash management and sales reporting.
- Maintains a clean, functional and safe work environment.
- Represent the C lub in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
- Enforce the policies and procedures of The Bay Club Company.
- Supports The Bay Club Company marketing events as needed.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to meet sales goals through appropriate actions and behaviors while providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Club Managers, Associates, Members and the general public.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret directions provided by Club Management.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Computer proficiency preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) year of experience in the hospitality industry or retail related position.
- On the job training will be provided for this position.
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
