The primary responsibility is to onboard, develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel and property products for a fast-growing global customer base, within the assigned territory.

In doing so, you will work continuously with property partners to help them maximize production potential by leveraging Expedia Group's data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools.

This role is the core of the Market Management team, ensuring travelers find the most suitable hotel and partners reach demand globally.

• Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities)
• Build the portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospects to the marketplace and facilitating onboarding
• Ensure partner hotels’ products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized to maximize conversion
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
• Secure seasonal deals and promotions within guidelines set by management to support merchandising and marketing efforts
• Continuously promote and develop hotel partners’ high engagement with Expedia’s full suite of tools and opportunities, including:
• Unique market insights (partner reports, competitive data, key performance drivers)
• Revenue management tools (dynamic promotions, packages, fenced deals, mobile)
• Marketing and merchandising opportunities
• Specialized brands (Egencia, Hotwire, Media Solutions) potential opportunities
• Self-service tools (Expedia Partner Central)
• Represent Expedia locally, build the company profile with key influencers (tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide industry expertise
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

• 20‑30% travel for market visits (weekly visits in Panama City and quarterly visits to outside regional markets).
