Leverage Planners is looking for a confident, goal-oriented Financial Advisor to lead prospective clients through their financial journey—from first conversation to fully onboarded client. If you thrive on connecting with people, navigating important decisions, and moving conversations toward action, this role is designed for you. You’ll work with high-quality, pre-qualified leads from our events and marketing efforts—no cold calling—and guide them through discovery, plan presentation, implementation, and long-term onboarding.

You’ll own the relationship from start to finish, with full support from our internal planning and client service teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with prospects from our marketing funnels, seminars, and referrals
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand each prospect’s goals and financial picture
  • Present recommendations with clarity and confidence to help them take action
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop, deliver, and implement the financial plan
  • Guide clients through account setup, product applications, and onboarding
  • Maintain momentum and accountability through every step of the engagement
  • Handoff the client to our service team once the relationship is fully established
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in financial advising, insurance, or consultative sales
  • Ability to lead client conversations and move people through decision-making
  • Series 65 or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
