What You’ll Do:

Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date. Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, billings and insurance claims. Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services. Cold calling, generating insurance quotes and recommendations, and inbound and outbound calls Build referrals network to expand client’s base Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong over the phone skills Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!

Qualification:
