This role is for local candidates only.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bellevue, WA. The Sales Associate will support the sales process from lead generation through post-sale follow-up, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with distributors and end customers, providing product information and basic technical guidance, teoubke shooting and coordinating product demonstrations or trials. The Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including experience handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting the full sales cycle.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and internal team members.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with technology, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), email platforms, and the ability to learn product-specific applications.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product features; experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or related industries is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable.
• Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, and occasionally support trade shows, customer visits, or training events.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus for supporting Latin American customers.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Wage: $24+ per hour (DOE)
