$20.25 - $22.75 / hour + bonuses & commission

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required; we'll train the right person.

• Competitive hourly pay ($20.25 - $22.75 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales
