We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a high-volume communication role focused on engaging homeowners, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team through consistent scheduling and follow-up. This is a fast‑paced, phone‑based position ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a high-activity environment and enjoy speaking with people throughout the day.
Compensation& Benefits
- $20/hour base pay
- $55,000–$75,000 total annual earnings (base + commission)

- No cold calling — all contacts are existing homeowners who have already engaged with Bath Center or requested information
- Build rapport and maintain professional communication with homeowners
- Track all interactions and update CRM records accurately
- Work closely with the sales team to support appointment success and follow-through
