Surety Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Receive, submit, and process all clients' requests for service, i.e. bid/contract/license/permit/court bonds daily.
• Respond to the client as requested on all bonds.
• Responsible for review of documents prepared prior to releasing to the client.
• Keep the Account Executive informed on account activity.
• Prepare and execute all bonds as well as indemnity agreements/applications accurately as needed.
• Adhere to all company procedures and insurance regulations.
• Invoice New Business and Renewals through Elron and EPIC
• Other functions as requested to support the department goals.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative

• Surety Experience is a plus
• WA Insurance License Required – ability to obtain at hire

Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
