Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and working with innovative precision technology used across industries such as food science, agriculture, and related markets.

You will have the opportunity to work with customers throughout North America, support product demonstrations, participate in industry trade shows, and develop a strong foundation in technical sales and business development.

• Connect with prospective and existing customers across North America to build relationships, identify needs, and support sales growth.
• Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on inquiries, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and communicate product value clearly to customers and prospects.
• Assist with troubleshooting customer questions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, including a few all‑expensed trips throughout the year.
• Maintain organized customer records, manage follow‑up activity, and contribute to sales goals in a non‑commissioned salary role.

• Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
• Direct hire opportunity.
