$13,200.00. Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.

• 5‑day, 40‑hour work week.

• Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals.
• Perform quick tire inspections.
• Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.
• Represent Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert in a premium OEM automotive dealership.

• 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
• A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
• Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
• Proven ability to build rapport, explain products, hit sales goals, and stay organized.
