OverviewThe Division Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales team bridging both Buy and Build teams. The primary responsibilities include lead qualification, tracking all items for follow up, and ensuring leads are moved through discovery to conversion. The Sales Specialist will partner with Divisional Sales Manager, Asset Specialist, and Marketing Manager to ensure both the BUY and BUILD sales teams have the data and tools necessary to take buyers through a seamless sales journey.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Enters lead information, tracks, and follows up after events such as: BUILD Events, Community Fairs, and Open Houses.
- Supports the Build sales team to provide all collateral and tools for the preliminary needs analysis, tracking information and completing all required forms to be input into the system for follow-up by Sales Manager.
- Responsible for updating and entering all lead information into the TJH Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and goals for the week, month, and year with a specific focus on lead qualification and progression through the sales funnel.
- Conducts broker outreach and coordinates with Real Estate Agents in the area to set up Lunch & Learns, meetings and other presentations.
- Utilizes data to measure KPIs to track performance.
- Maintains all supplies and sales collateral using all corporate approved materials.
- Schedules Design Studio appointments for prospective buyers and ensures the internal stakeholders meet commitments.
- Actively supports outreach and re-engagement of existing Nurture leads and transitions warm and interested potential buyers to Sales Manager across all product offerings.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Available for 20-30 hours per week in an office and/or model home based location.
