** What We’re Looking For
*** Proven success in a high-volume automotive parts environment
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience a plus)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
* Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
** What You’ll Do
** As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:
* Assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
* Managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department
* Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
* Building strong relationships with customers and vendors
* Promoting parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
* Maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

The annual earning potential for this role is $55,000-$60,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
