About the RoleWe are seeking sales and growth professionals to join our Business Development team, based out of Bellevue. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in account management, B2B sales, and client onboarding within the tech industry.
Responsibilities- Identify and research prospective clients through market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads using outbound strategies, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking at industry events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute prospecting campaigns and strategies.
- Schedule and book meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay up to date on product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at local events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network within the Bellevue technology ecosystem.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the U.S. technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance goals.
- Technical aptitude and an interest in technology solutions. Prior experience with SaaS products or technology applications is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach and a passion for growing new business.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
This position follows a five-day, in-office work model based out of our Bellevue office.
