Parts Advisor

Job Overview

Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. Parts Advisor position. Pay:
Commission based; annual range $55K–$60K depending on performance. Schedule is discussed at interview; must be available weekends. Parts department hours are 7am–7pm every day.

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering.
• Manage inventory, stocking, and maintain an organized parts department.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue.
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Proven success in a high‑volume automotive parts environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging;
  Toyota experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
• Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company.
• High‑school graduate or equivalent, 18years or older required.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.

Annual earning potential: $55,000–$60,000, including commission on department gross and individual gross profit. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approval. Eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
