The Bellevue GEICO Local Office is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with previous sales experience who is passionate about serving customers, generating new business, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

No insurance license? No problem. We are willing to help the right candidate obtain their Property & Casualty license after hire.

As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help customers understand their insurance options and provide solutions that fit their unique needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to provide exceptional service and support.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Assist customers throughout the quoting, application, and policy service process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, but not required at hire.
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License upon hire.
