We're looking for a commercially minded Director, Trade & Channel Marketing to own the marketing strategy and execution that drives sell‑through across our professional, wholesale, and direct‑to‑consumer channels. You’ll be the connective tissue between the brand and our network of spas, medical aesthetics practices, plastic surgery offices, e‑commerce sites, and international distributors — ensuring they have the tools, content, education support, and promotional programs they need to grow our business.
This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, brand marketing, and partner success, and requires someone who understands both the clinical language of aesthetic professionals and the commercial realities of a B2B sales environment.
- Where You’ll Work:
Hybrid – this role will work from our head office 3 days/week and from home the remainder. Additional on‑site presence may be required to support team collaboration, meetings, and other business needs. - Your

Full‑time, typical Pacific Time business hours with some flexibility including evenings and weekends on occasion. - Physical Demands:
Primarily computer and desk‑based work; may occasionally require standing for extended periods, lifting and transporting materials up to 25 lbs, and assisting with event or in‑field setup activities. - Travel:
Approx. 15% travel to national and international sales & trade events; may evolve as the role and business needs develop. - Compensation: $135,000 – $145,000 with an annual bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities Trade Marketing Strategy & Programs- Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product adoption, reorder rates, and revenue growth across spa, medical aesthetics, and wholesale channels.
- Create seasonal promotional programs, incentive structures, and co‑marketing opportunities tailored to professional account needs.
- Own the professional new launch go‑to‑market process – coordinating assets, training materials, sampling, and sell‑in support in partnership with sales and education teams.
- Develop channel‑specific merchandising strategies including treatment menu support, in‑suite retail placement, and professional display programs.
- Create and maintain a robust library of trade sales tools: sell sheets, category stories, competitive positioning, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides.
- Partner with the sales team to develop account‑specific marketing support for key accounts and distributor partners.
- Develop onboarding marketing materials for new professional accounts to accelerate early adoption and first reorder.
- Support distributor partners with localized marketing assets, training decks, and co‑branded materials.
- Own professional channel email marketing in partnership with digital operations — including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance.
- Manage trade‑facing content across the professional portal, printed collateral, and event materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that bridges luxury skincare positioning with clinical credibility.
- Ensure Education function supports both brand building and sales enablement objectives.
- Set performance expectations and track Education outcomes such as training completion, account activation, and contribution to sell‑through and retention.
- Guide curriculum priorities, delivery formats, and investments to align with product and channel plans.
- Manage trade show and industry event strategies including ASCP, IECSC, AmSpa, and relevant regional shows.
- Oversee booth concept, asset production, sampling strategy, and lead follow‑up coordination.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities within the aesthetic professional community.
- Track and report on trade marketing program performance, including sell‑through lift, account engagement, and reorder impact.
- Monitor competitive activity within the professional channel and provide regular market intelligence to leadership.
