As a Business Development Manager at Black Hount, your role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and spearheading growth initiatives. Your ability to strategize, analyze market trends, and connect with clients will be crucial in driving our company forward.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Develop and implement growth strategies and plans.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Organize and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts adhering to legal guidelines.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Offer post-sales support and build long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record as a business development manager or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and strategically foster client relationships.
