Job Description
As an Account Executive, Client Intake, you are the person who turns interest into commitment. You will own the pipeline from first contact to signed engagement agreement. You will guide prospective clients through our evaluation process, connecting them with our legal team, coordinating attorney consultations, and closing the deal with confidence and care.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with warm leads: people who have already raised their hand. Your job is to move them forward, build trust quickly, and make sure every serious prospect becomes a client.
What You Will Do- Follow up swiftly and strategically with inbound leads across email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's background, goals, and visa eligibility
- Connect prospects with our internal team for case evaluation and communicate outcomes clearly
- Schedule and prepare clients for consultations with our attorneys, making sure they show up informed and ready
- Own the client relationship from first touch through signed engagement agreement
- Think creatively to re-engage stalled leads and move hesitant prospects through the funnel
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM with accurate notes and follow-up activity
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure a seamless handoff post-signing
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for consultations scheduled and agreements closed

- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing closing role: sales, business development, intake coordination, or similar
- Experience in immigration, legal services, or professional services is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close deals in a consultative environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
