Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Capture Manager to lead pre‑RFP capture strategy for priority commercial enterprise accounts, engaging customers 12 to 36 months before formal solicitation to shape requirements, build C‑suite relationships, and develop the win strategy before competitors are aware a deal is in play. In this role, you will spearhead cross‑functional teams to prepare proposals and navigate all phases from opportunity identification to contract implementation.
The role differentiates by building effective relationships and coordinating resources across multiple functions to present competitive solutions. Success is measured by winning targeted contracts and effectively addressing customer requirements through strategic planning and execution. The work impacts the organization by securing government contracts that enhance service offerings and meet federal customer needs.
This is a hybrid role (minimum 3 days per week in the office). The office locations can be Bellevue, WA;
Overland Park, KS;
Frisco, TX;
Herndon, VA; or Washington, DC.
- Develop strategic capture plans to identify and prioritize must‑win commercial enterprise accounts and engage key stakeholders well in advance of RFP.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to prepare and present competitive proposals that align with government requirements.
- Build and maintain C‑suite and procurement relationships with enterprise commercial customers, aligning differentiated value propositions to each customer’s specific challenges.
- Analyze and elevate solution gaps to leadership to improve contract win potential.
- Recommend pricing, technology, and partner strategies to optimize contract success.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by aligning additional solutions with federal customer needs.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required).
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial enterprise capture management or complex B2B deal leadership with measurable win‑rate accountability on competitive pursuits and documented pre‑RFP customer engagement (Preferred).

Travel Required:

- Overland Park, KS base salary range: $131,200–$177,500.
- Frisco, TX base salary range: $139,200–$188,400.
- Bellevue, WA & Herndon, VA base salary range: $156,600–$211,900.
- Washington, DC base salary range: $158,000–$213,700.
- Overall base pay range: $120,500–$217,400.
- Corporate bonus target: 20%.
