The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellevue, WA. This position is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, answering questions about refurbished golf clubs, and guiding buyers toward products that fit their needs and budget. Daily tasks include managing inquiries across online marketplaces, updating listings, handling pricing discussions, and supporting customers throughout the buying process. The Sales Specialist will also assist in organizing inventory, coordinating with the refurbishment team to understand product features, and providing feedback on customer preferences and trends.

The role includes contributing to sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and participating in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

• Strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Customer Service experience in responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive buying experience.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales target.
• Experience with Training or coaching in sales processes or customer interaction best practices.
• Background in Sales Management or contributing to sales planning, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Comfort using online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Offer Up, Depop) and basic digital tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn product specifications, with interest in golf equipment considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, maintain a reliable schedule, and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
