Sales Associate - Ford Bellevue

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate to help us lead the way in redefining the car‑buying experience across our nationwide inventory. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences, exceeding sales goals, and building relationships with customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales experiences.
• Sell new and pre‑owned vehicles across 36 brands in 16 states.
• Use best‑in‑class CRM and equity mining tools to uncover sales leads.
• Assist customers with financing through preferred lender relationships.
• Follow up with customers, maintaining and growing a book of business.
• Meet or exceed established sales and customer service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• 1+ year automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Proven ability to set and meet targeted personal income goals consistent with Auto Nation’s standards of productivity.

• Competitive commission‑based pay plan with estimated earnings $2k – $14k/month.
