Sales Representative

Commission based. Earning range of $90,000-$150,000 annually.

May include some weekends and evenings. Exact schedule can be reviewed es Department

Hours:

Monday-Saturday 9am to 8pm and 10am to 7pm on Sunday.

Onsite in Bellevue, WA. Reports to the Sales Manager.

• Minimum 2 years of car sales experience.
• Dealership/automotive sales experience is a must.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in state of residence.
• Bachelor’s degree, high school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Prior Toyota experience preferred but not required.

• Consult with customers and guide them through vehicle purchase.
• Create the best vehicle‑buying experience to develop lifelong customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries while maintaining friendly relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store‑specific management system(s).
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.

• Reliable; shows up ready to work.
• Customer‑satisfaction oriented; ability to guide customers with their needs.
• Knowledgeable on products, features, and automotive industry trends.
• Ability to maintain high personal organization and follow‑through.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The annual earning potential for this role is $90,000-$150,000, which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation. Final compensation will be established through the interview process.
