Our technology turns ordinary security cameras into intelligent systems that detect real threats in real time, and our analytics already protect commercial sites across the country. We are now building on that foundation to continue to go after the large physical security market and expand the go-to-market team to match.

We are building an elite, high-volume outbound sales engine at Actuate, and we are looking for a hungry, relentless individual to own the top of our funnel.

This is a phones-first, outbound role. Your sole job is to get on the phones, reach decision-makers, and book qualified demos for our closing team. We provide the leads, but you provide the raw engine and work ethic to break through the noise.

We don’t want a career SDR; we are hiring a future closing champion. If you come in, out-hustle everyone, hit your high-volume activity floors, and consistently produce results, you will be fast-tracked within 6 months into a foundational Account Executive (AE) role here at Actuate, where your earning potential will match your hard work and effort. Skip the standard multi-year corporate ladder climb.

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to SMB and mid-market businesses: warehouses, dealerships, construction, storage, retail, and commercial property.
• Book qualified demos and live pilots for Account Executives, and own the handoff so nothing slips.
• Work from call lists we provide — pre-built and prioritized by vertical and territory — so you spend your time selling, not researching.
• Run tight, punchy discovery: what are they protecting, what are they paying today, what happens when something goes wrong at 2 a.m.
• Overcome objections on the fly using sharp, proven scripts and value propositions.
• Follow up relentlessly across phone, email, and Linked In — speed-to-lead and persistence win here.
• Keep the CRM clean. If it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen.
• Compete daily on the sales floor: dials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held.

• $50,000 Solid Base Salary | $65,000 OTE (Uncapped)
