Arnold's Appliance is seeking motivated, customer-focused Appliance Sales Associates to join our Bellevue showroom.

• Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the final sale.
• Assist customers in selecting appliances that best fit their needs, style, and budget.
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer and company training.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create an outstanding customer experience.

• Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Previous retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Appliance or home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
