Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) at European Wax Center. Drive guest service excellence while contributing to center revenue.

Full-Time & Part-Time. In-person work. Salary: $17.50 – $18.75 per hour. Hourly plus sales bonuses with opportunities for growth.

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products and promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Model leadership and guide peers to reach their full potential.

• Strong sales and guest service skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or GED required, or one–two years related experience or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
