The Sales Consultant position is a full-time leadership role within the retirement community. This position entailsconsulting with potential residents and their families to determine needs and discuss living and care options provided by the community. This position requires a high level of community outreach to doctors, hospitals, clubs, referral agencies, and partner communities.
The Sales Consultant is a salaried position with base and bonus based on performance.
A successful candidate will be motivated and outgoing with a natural disposition to work with people. In addition they will have:
- Proven sales record in highly consultative multi-party sales
- College Degree
- Experience in Senior Housing or Medical Industry
