Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted spaces while assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions, general information, and policy awareness;
Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and following post orders for assigned locations and schedules
