As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Monitoring in Bellevue, WA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Professional at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

You will communicate professionally with customers and team members while supporting a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven environment through teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, delivery and vendor check-in, and maintaining a visible professional presence to help deter theft and unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
