Overview
MACA Mining are seeking an Auto Electrician to join our maintenance team at our Sanjiv Ridge project. The Sanjiv Ridge iron ore mine, owned by Hancock Iron Ore, is situated in the Pilbara region of WA approximately 240 kilometres from Port Hedland. The onsite fleet consists of CAT 785D, CAT 785C dump trucks, Komatsu 1250, Liebherr R9150 excavators, CAT 777D watercart, CAT 16M Grader, CAT D10T Dozer, Epiroc T45 Drill Rigs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience and suitability for the role include a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.
- Air Con Ticket and experience – desirable.
- Experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, Epiroc).
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repair of heavy mobile plant equipment.
- HR Drivers Licence preferable.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of and ability to follow work health and safety procedures and policies.
- Full time and casual rates available.
- FIFO 2:1 roster.
