- Must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in the maintenance and servicing of heavy equipment.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and position tools or equipment components weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted.
- Practical experience in welding for equipment repair.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and electrical systems is required.
- Demonstrated mid-level diagnostic ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL).
