Overview
Field Service Candy Bar Pkg Machinery - Bellevue, WA. Field Service Technician Mechanics for Automated Candy & Protein Bar Food Packaging Lines. Regional travel. Senior level field maintenance specialist with 5+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of the following machines and components.
Responsibilities- Maintenance, repair and installation of packaging machinery and related subsystems, including flow wrappers, pouchers, and form-fill-seal equipment.
- Service and support for machine components and subsystems: PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, motion controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, actuators, electrical systems, cooling, drives (VFD), gearboxes, belts, bearings, and related instrumentation.
- Diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and uptime improvement of packaging lines.
- Support for printers, coders, labels, and related packaging peripherals.
- Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and control schematics to perform servicing and repairs.
- Senior level field maintenance specialist with 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of packaging machinery and related subsystems.
- Education:
High School minimum. - Experience:
2-5 years (as listed in job posting), with preference for candidates meeting 5+ years of relevant experience. - Regional travel required.
