Floating Maintenance Supervisor - Bellevue, WA (98004)
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
The Floating Maintenance Supervisor supports multiple residential properties within the Bellevue area, ensuring all communities receive consistent, high-quality maintenance service. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently while supporting on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across assigned properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining strong communication with property managers and residents.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and preventative repair opportunities.
- Support turnover of vacant units, including painting, repairs, and preparation for new residents.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Provide guidance to on-site maintenance teams when needed.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial property settings.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- Ability to work independently and travel between properties within Bellevue.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
