Shift: 12 hours - Nights: 2-2-3 schedule (Every other Weekend Off)
Primary Responsibilities- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout requirements
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, pumps, mixers, and production systems
- Use the CMMS to plan and complete preventive maintenance tasks
- Complete accurate maintenance, repair, and purchasing documentation
- Operate forklifts and lifts after required training and certification
- Install new or upgraded equipment within defined skill scope
- Train and support maintenance mechanics and helpers as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Five or more years of combined technical training and maintenance experience
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including basic PLC diagnostics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Refrigeration certification or equivalent technical credential
- Experience with CMMS and preventive or predictive maintenance programs
- Machining, pipe fitting, or PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely at heights
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.
