Elevator Installer - Full Time

Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Washington. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:

• Install new elevators according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspect and maintain existing elevators, ensuring they are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot and repair any elevator malfunctions or issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn parts, and cleaning components
• Test newly installed or repaired elevators to ensure they meet safety standards
• Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer or in a related field
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems used in elevator installation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

• Previous experience working with Otis or Schindler elevators
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• OSHA certification for elevator installation
