Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Technician
s for projects located in or around Bellevue, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Complete full HVAC system installations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Work independently to diagnose problems and implement solutions
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• OSHA Certification highly preferred
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Controls experience required
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams & blueprints
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
