We are assembling a dedicated software development team and are seeking an accomplished Software Developer to fill a vital mentorship role. This long-term, part-time contract position requires an estimated commitment of 10-15 hours per week, allowing for a flexible schedule. Our team will comprise 5 to 10 developers at varying experience levels, and your guidance will play a crucial role in their technical progression.

Compensation starts at $40 per hour, with potential increases based on your depth of experience in areas such as project management and team leadership. The position is based in Bellevue, WA, operating in a hybrid remote format.
