Summary / Objective
Backed by top-tier PE investors, we are moving quickly to leverage AI and agentic AI across our market leading DNS portfolio. The Sr. Software Engineer will design and build our next generation technology. This role will work across the stack, from modern front-end interfaces to scalable backend services to deliver intuitive, high-performance products that power digital identity, DNS-based workflows, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.
This role reports to the VP, Engineering & Technical Architect.
What You’ll Do- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications supporting Identity Digital's platform, APIs, and customer-facing tools.
- Develop high-quality backend services using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Python, Type Script/Node).
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
- Actively participate in code reviews in order to better understand the overall platform and to influence the quality of the product and architecture.
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to translate complex identity and DNS concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate with internal and external APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new features, services, and platform components.
- Implement automated testing, code quality practices, and CI/CD workflows in partnership with Dev Ops and SRE teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Actively model and promote Identity Digital's core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making.

- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred) and component-driven UI development.
- Experience building backend services in Go, Python, or Type Script/Node.
- Working knowledge, or greater, of AI concepts and a desire to learn more.
- A desire to create a new product category in the Agentic ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and services (AWS/GCP preferred).

DB, or similar). - Understanding of API design principles, authentication/authorization patterns, and secure data handling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with DNS, identity systems, or certificate workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones as part of a global organization.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $180,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate’s qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location.
