Sr. Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production.
  • Drive complex changes involving multiple components.
  • Deliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
  • Guide and review changes to product features in line with product roadmaps.
  • Build execution plans incorporating user data, observations, and market insight.
  • Work in a distributed system environment.
  • Participate in and lead projects with a high level of technical ambiguity, adding significant new capabilities and establishing new patterns.
  • Take ownership and expertise in one or more components/functional areas of the system, providing technical guidance.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Five (5) years of experience with software development engineering.
  • Three (3) years of experience with one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, or Scala; and building REST or Graph

    QL APIs.
  • One (1) year of experience with: working with distributed systems; database engines including at least one of the following:
    Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, Aerospike, Vertica, Redis; and building micro‑services and Kubernetes.
Salary

The base compensation for this role is estimated at $212,202—$274,700 per year. The actual amount may differ based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
