Build and enhance automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking. Transition workflows from semi‑automated to fully automated systems while ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery.

• Design and build automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking
• Develop APIs and backend services using C# /.NET
• Implement and maintain Azure‑based automation solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Enable transition from semi‑automated to fully automated workflows
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying C# / Python code to Azure environments
• Develop or integrate AI agents/AI‑driven capabilities for automation and decision support
• Ensure high availability and redundancy so workflows are not dependent on individuals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate tooling and improve operational efficiency
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for tracking and insights

• Strong experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core for backend development
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (preferably Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience building REST APIs and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or AI agents (LLMs, automation, or orchestration frameworks)
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup (Azure Dev Ops or similar)
• Working knowledge of Python scripting
• Basic understanding of Azure Data Explorer (Kusto)
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization

• Experience with AI‑driven automation or workflow orchestration
• Exposure to data pipelines, telemetry, or operational analytics (Kusto/Power BI)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud‑native design patterns
• Experience with automation at scale in enterprise environments
• 6‑14 years of software development experience
• Prior experience in Azure‑based development and automation solutions
• Exposure to AI‑enabled applications or intelligent workflow systems

• Fully automated and scalable pipeline for intake and mitigation tracking
• Reduced dependency on manual processes and individual resource availability
• Improved operational visibility and efficiency through automation and reporting
