Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications, developing rich user experiences, and working across frontend and backend technologies.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Develop reusable components and implement state‑management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, accessibility, and responsiveness standards are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 4 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong coding experience in React, Type Script, JavaScript, Redux, and C#.
• Experience with web markup and styling technologies including HTML5 and CSS

• Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies for building rich user experiences.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience with CICD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of performance optimization and frontend best practices.

Frontend:

Database: SQL

Git, Azure Dev Ops, CICD pipelines

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation such as an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
