JAVA Developer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our team in Washington. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ and includes accommodation for non-local candidates.

• Design, develop and maintain complex JAVA applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to JAVA development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with database design and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
