Aviation Software Engineer II.

Location:

Bellevue, WA 98004. Duration: 12 Months. Job Type: Temporary Assignment. Work Type:
Onsite. Pay Range: $60.00 - $68.00/Hr.

• Design and develop full-stack web applications supporting aircraft reliability initiatives, including AI-powered maintenance recommendations and real-time health monitoring
• Build and scale React.js single-page applications with Redux state management, D3.js visualizations, and approval workflow interfaces
• Develop Graph
  
  QL APIs (App Sync) with real-time subscriptions, REST endpoints via API Gateway, Lambda functions, and Step Functions for workflow orchestration
• Implement async processing using SQS queues and scalable cloud-native architecture on AWS
• Complete Application Security Reviews (ASR) and establish software development best practices for in-house applications
• Integrate data from multiple sources into unified platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug internally developed products
• Automate support processes and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams and carrier partners

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
• 2 5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, App Sync, Step Functions, SQS, Cognito)
• Strong understanding of Graph
  
  QL and REST API design
• Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications

• Experience with D3.js or similar data visualization libraries
• Familiarity with SSO integration and role-based access control
• Experience with real-time data streaming and subscription-based architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Experience completing Application Security Reviews or equivalent security compliance processes

• Full-stack development experience (focused on back-end)
• Application security reviews experience/compliance reviews
• AWS experience
