Join our onshore team working on ITAR-regulated applications. You will directly interface with clients, lead development, and ensure delivery of Mendix applications in a secure and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Build, test, and deploy secure ITAR-compliant Mendix solutions
• Manage releases and hotfixes in production environments
• Follow agile methodology and provide detailed documentation
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and data protection regulations

Skills Qualifications

• 5 years of Mendix development experience
• Strong client-facing skills and professional communication
• Deep knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and performance troubleshooting
• Experience working in regulated environments (defense/aerospace preferred)
• Comfortable working independently at client site
