To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.
The RoleWe are seeking an AI-native Product Manager to build core platform capabilities for Agent Fabric, Salesforce's multi-platform agent control plane. Enterprises are deploying agents across AWS, Azure, Google, and dozens of third-party runtimes, and they need infrastructure to discover, govern, orchestrate, and observe those agents as a unified estate. You will own feature development across these four pillars, shipping the APIs, policy engines, scanning infrastructure, and control plane experiences that make Agent Fabric the system of record for every agent in the enterprise.
This is a build-first role. You will partner directly with engineering leads to design systems that scale across multi-cloud agent estates, shape the Agent Script dialect and deterministic broker, and work hands‑on with design partner customers running 100+ agents to validate direction. As the product scales, you will also contribute to GTM positioning and customer adoption motions.
Key Responsibilities- Feature Ownership:
Define and ship features across Agent Fabric's four pillars:
Discover, Govern, Orchestrate, Observe. Own the full lifecycle from spec through launch. - Technical
Roadmap:
Drive the roadmap for multi-cloud agent scanning (AWS, Azure, Google, third‑party runtimes), governance policy engines, and observability infrastructure. - System Design Partnership:
Partner with engineering to design and build agent control plane capabilities that scale across enterprise agent estates. - Control Plane
Experience:
Collaborate with designers to define the agent control plane experience, translating complex governance and orchestration concepts into intuitive user actions across UX and AX. - Design Partner Engagement:
Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to validate feature direction, pressure-test capabilities against real deployments, and bring signal back into the roadmap. - GTM Contribution:
As capabilities ship, contribute to positioning, enablement, and adoption strategy alongside Product Marketing and the field.
- Experience:
2-4 years in Product Management building platform or infrastructure products. L8 candidates will have 4-6 years with demonstrated ownership of shipped platform capabilities. - AI-Native Mindset:
You have built with LLMs, agents, or ML systems, not just managed products adjacent to them. You understand how agents work, not just what they do. - Technical Fluency:
Comfortable with API design, distributed systems, and developer tooling. Able to hold your own in architecture discussions with senior engineers. - 0-to-1 Shipping:
Experience shipping new products or capabilities from scratch, not just incremental features on established platforms. Comfort defining category while building product. - Market Signal Translation:
Ability to translate ambiguous market signals into concrete product specs in a category being defined in real time. - Bias for Action:
Comfort with fast iteration, incomplete information, and making calls that can be revised. You ship, learn, and adjust. - Collaboration:
Ability to work across engineering, UX, field, and leadership in a matrixed organization. You build trust through technical depth and follow-through.
- Experience with agent frameworks (Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, MCP)
- Background in integration platforms, API management, or observability
- Prior work on multi-tenant governance or policy systems
- Familiarity with OTel, Fin Ops, or security instrumentation
