• Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills.
• Understand requirements and convert them to design.
• Coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation, and provide on‑time status.
• Strong fundamentals in data warehousing.
• Develop multidimensional and tabular cubes, write MDX and batch queries.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot MSBI jobs and reports.
• Good programming skills in SQL Server and MS BI (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
• Performance optimization of MS SQL queries and SSIS packages.
• Experience in designing and developing reports using SSRS.
• Good knowledge of .NET scripting preferred.
• Work with various sources, destinations, and transformations in SSIS.
• Develop all types of reports: batch, online, pass‑through in SSRS.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, fix, and provide solutions to issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, oral, and listening communication skills.
• Client‑facing experience.
• Experience in on‑site/offshore model.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience).
• At least 4 years of experience within Information Technologies.
