The team will be working in startup mode on new user engagement, infrastructure to enable those new users, while working with existing eBay inventory.

Requirements

• BS/BA or MS in computer science or related fields with at least 6-8 years of relevant industrial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience building high performance and large scale real-time systems.
• Expert programmer in Java/J2EE and/or C/C++ or other OO languages.
• Excellent knowledge in RDBMS and No
  
  SQL DBs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Information Retrieval a strong plus.
• Experience in search / search and / ecommerce experience a strong plus.
• High-motivated, life-time learner.
• Cloud experience.
