Pure1 Role – Lead Full-Stack Engineer
Pure1 is the unifying manageability and intelligence layer across Everpure’s complete product lineup (Flash Array, Flash Blade, CBS, Portworx, and others). It delivers a seamless customer experience, combining powerful insights and tools that help customers operate their storage assets more effectively.
What You’ll Do- Perform end‑to‑end lifecycle application development across the full stack (~50% front‑end, ~50% back‑end), with AI tooling fluency required – using AI to generate over 70% of the code.
- Build subscription, commerce features, and as‑a‑Service offerings to uncover new revenue streams.
- Develop web infrastructure and large‑scale data‑processing pipelines handling petabytes of real‑time data sent to cloud systems.
- Create the Pure1 Manage SaaS platform, enabling customers to manage arrays via any browser or the Pure1 Mobile App.
- Build tools that manage fleets of devices and help customers quickly diagnose issues across the stack.
- Design machine‑learning models for predictive analytics to anticipate and resolve potential issues, optimizing workloads.
- Design, develop, and maintain both customer‑facing and internal‑facing web applications using Java, Python, NodeJS micro‑services, and front‑end Angular with Type Script.
- Experiment with AI on new technologies and architectural patterns such as Kubernetes containers or micro‑frontends to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements, translating them from design into production.
- Lead or drive project implementation, coordinating other engineers’ work and ensuring delivery.
- Prioritize design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD).
- Continuously explore and integrate AI across all activities to accelerate development and reduce maintenance pain points.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing diverse product components.
- Leadership experience driving projects from requirements through release, including directing other engineers.
- Experience using AI tools to generate production‑quality code.
- 5+ years combined experience in Java and JavaScript (or equivalent).
- Nice to have:
Python and Type Script familiarity. - Strong ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Capability to monitor and support multiple concurrent projects with rapid context switching.
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure.
- Experience with Angular and No

CompensationAnnual base salary range: $180,000 – $270,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
LocationPrimarily an in‑office role; expected to work from the Bellevue office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, except for approved PTO, travel, or other leave.
