Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across the front end and back end. This individual will build modern web applications, develop APIs and cloud-based services, and help integrate AI-powered capabilities into customer-facing products. The ideal candidate has strong backend engineering experience while remaining comfortable working across the full stack, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building reliable, scalable software.

This is a senior individual contributor role that will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and help guide engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
• Strong experience building modern web applications using React, Type Script, or similar front-end frameworks
• Experience designing and developing scalable APIs and backend services
• Experience building cloud-native applications and working with modern cloud platforms
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data within application environments
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, observability, maintainability, and application performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment practices
• Experience with Kubernetes, Databricks, Airflow, or similar cloud technologies
• Experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities into customer-facing applications
• Previous experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or mentoring engineering teams
• Experience leading significant technical projects or platform initiatives
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3, Recharts, or Plotly
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and building impactful software products
