Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end architecture and user experience of our product end to end from concept through shipping and iteration
• Set the bar for front-end quality, patterns, and performance, and help establish the standards the team builds against
• Partner directly with the CTO, Founding Designer, and product team to shape direction and translate ambitious ideas into polished, performant interfaces
• Build responsive, scalable, data-dense interfaces for analytics and AI-driven workflows
• Bring a strong product perspective to engineering decisions, advocating for the user at every step

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years of dedicated, hands‑on front‑end product development — building products, not solely platform or library work.
• Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end‑to‑end ownership, as a founding or early engineer at a startup or with equivalent ownership inside a larger company
• A track record of shipping to internal or external users and iterating based on their feedback
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in Python, Type Script, JavaScript, or similar languages
